Stan A. Sam McLane, P.E., P.L.S.

President and Chief Engineer (1973 - present) with over thirty years of professional Alaskan experience Stan assures customers receive the best possible assistance and representation through project overview. He is routinely performs project planning, supervises logistical support, determines staffing levels, provides QA/QC support and acts as a liaison with the contracting authorities. Mr. McLane has a wide range of engineering and surveying experience including cadastral projects for the BLM, State of Alaska and Kenai Peninsula Borough. As both a professional engineer and professional surveyor, he routinely manages both small and large scale projects in arctic and sub-arctic environments. He has unique abilities and technical competence to prepare and implement contingency plans on short notice for these projects. He has a proven track record of past performance with respect to control of costs, quality of work, and completion schedules. He also serves as our firms Program Manager for large scale multiyear, professional services term agreements.

Vice President and Chief Land Surveyor (1977 present) having over twenty four years of professional survey experience in Alaska with the majority of the work being accomplished on the Kenai Peninsula. Scott directs the surveying division of McLane Consulting, Inc. which includes, but is not limited to, project research and development, planning, staff and equipment assignment, surveying standards and quality control. He also provides client representation with local, borough and state regulatory agencies. Scott has managed both field and office operations of large scale cadastral surveys for the BLM, the State of Alaska and Kenai Peninsula Borough during this period. He has extensive experience utilizing Global Positioning Systems (GPS) on cadastral surveys employing both static and Real Time Kinematic (RTK) methodology.

Founder and Professional Land Surveyor (1960 present) having over forty-three years of project program and management experience and being a lifelong Alaskan resident, Stanley is extremely familiar with our States unique environmental and logistical challenges. His vast range of experience includes the Eagle Village Selection Group 356 for the BLM where he was professionally responsible for setting 211 original corners and establishing 278 miles of rectangular boundary line and the Bradley Lake Transmission Line Survey that involved supervising four (4) survey crews for 60 days that brushed 40 miles of survey line.

Cody R. McLane, P.E.

Company Officer and Project Engineer (1995 present) is a field and office engineer and surveying technician on McLane Consulting, Inc. projects including subdivision developments, road designs, oil and gas fields drilling pad civil designs and pipeline surveys. Cody also has field experience serving as a Survey Party Chief engaged in land surveys, engineering design and construction surveys employing both GPS, RTK and conventional line of sight methods.

Gina M. DeBardelaben, P.E.

Project Engineer (1999 - present) is a field and office engineer who designs civil projects including roads, bridges, oil field drilling pads, commercial building sites, containment areas, municipal water and sewer systems, and storm drainage systems. Gina writes storm water pollution prevention plans to meet EPA NPDES requirements for construction projects. She also serves as the project manager for the Kenai Peninsula Borough Capital Road Improvement construction contracts.

Jun joined the McLane team in 2004 as a lab technician. Jun provides Quality Control inspection on excavation, embankment, and structural rebar placement he also performs concrete grout testing and curing. His skills and diverse background make him a valued asset to our company.
